The NMR Rights service
NMR provides catalog, identity, split-sheet, agreement, registration-preparation, rights-administration and reporting tools. NMR is not a collecting society and cannot guarantee a society's acceptance, processing time or payment.
Your work remains yours
Entering work in NMR does not transfer copyright, master ownership or publishing to NMR. Any administration, publishing, licence, distribution or ownership grant needs a separate agreement identifying its works, scope, territory, term and fees.
Accurate authority and credits
You must provide accurate information and have authority to act for the organization, work or creator involved. Proposed credits and shares remain subject to collaborator confirmation and dispute controls.
Registration and human approval
NMR may validate data and prepare packages or supervised handoffs. A prepared package is not a completed registration. Binding declarations require authorized human review, and external acknowledgement remains the final evidence.
Subscriptions and outside fees
NMR subscription fees cover the stated product plan. Society membership, registration, payment-provider, distribution and other third-party charges are separate unless an accepted order clearly says otherwise.
Young creators
NMR may limit signatures, payments and external submissions until the required parent or guardian approval and legal authority are verified.
Privacy and security
Use of NMR is subject to the Privacy Notice. You must protect account credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Acceptable use and disputes
Do not submit work you do not control, impersonate another person, falsify rights data or use NMR to mislead a collaborator, society, platform or audience. NMR may pause disputed or unsafe workflows.
Availability and termination
NMR will use reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted third-party services. Ending an account does not erase accrued fees, licences, legal records, accounting evidence or unresolved claims that must be retained.
Law and final agreement
These draft terms are intended for a South African service. The final customer agreement must identify Nubian Media and Recordings' registered legal entity, address, effective date, consumer terms and contact details.
